Step 2 – Application Receipt & Screening

• Application documents include: CV/Application Letter, degrees/certificates, ID Card/Citizen ID Card, and a 3×4 photo.
• The Human Resources Department screens applications based on the requirements of each position (experience, skills, suitability).

Step 3 – Interview & Professional Assessment

• Conduct interviews in person or online through 2 rounds:
  • Round 1: Human Resources – evaluate attitude, application, and career goals
  • Round 2: Professional Assessment – evaluate technical skills, knowledge, and problem-solving ability
• Some positions require a technical test, including practical assessments at the workshop, batching plant, or machinery.

Step 4 – Result Notification & Onboarding Procedures

• Successful candidates will receive an official Job Offer Letter.
• Complete the employment contract signing, health check-up, orientation on company regulations, safety procedures, and onboarding.
